Anella Wheels obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at Anella Wheels option, without charge, excluding freight if product is found to be defective.

All Anella Wheels chrome plated wheels, chrome plated by Anella Wheels, are fully warranted against plating defects for one (1) year from invoice date. Customer abuse or failure to maintain and clean wheels will void warranty. All wheels considered for adjustment must be authorized and accompanied by an approval prior to return to Anella Wheels. Upon receipt (freight prepaid) and inspection, wheels will be replaced, re-chromed or returned depending on credibility of the claim.

Any modification to a Anella Wheels product, including but not limited to the following will result in voiding of limited warranty:

Wheels that have been damaged in transit, by accident, misuse or negligence, or that have been repaired or altered.
Wheels damaged due to adverse weather conditions and road chemicals.
Wheels: that have not been installed or cared for properly.
Wheels that have been installed with tires that exceed the recommended size or used with excessive vehicle loads.
Wheels altered in any manner, such as changing of bolt circle diameter, the offset or the center bore.
Wheels that have been installed with other than Anella Wheels approved accessories such as adapters or spacers used to change the original bolt pattern or offset.
Wheels used off-road or for racing.
Anella Wheels Inc. hereby disclaims all other express warranties, implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and use of particular purpose to the extent of the law of the state of sale and Federal Law allows.

This warranty is valid only when product is returned with pre-approval to an authorized dealer, freight prepaid, together with original sales slip for proof of purchase.

NOTE: All wheels should be carefully inspected for proper fit on the vehicle prior to mounting. Anella Wheels reserves the right to change wheel specifications in this catalog without prior notice.
